I hereby agree to and accept the terms and conditions of Boo Tack Saddlery UK outlined below that;

- Tack items are not toys and are not intended for children. They are for model horses and are delicate pieces of art that have small parts.

- After 24 hours from purchase, relevant materials will have been purchased for my order therefore cancellations will forefit the costs of materials and will be deducted from total order amount.

- Items are made to order and can be several weeks before shipping (2 - 20 weeks) depending on size of order and work load, i.e. an order consisting of multiple sets will take longer than an order for a small single item. Unless buying "ready now" items or model horses and I accept the waiting period.

-When orders are placed, they are put in to a "queue" which will be worked through one by one and are not immediately worked on. I accept that this is to allow a steady flow of orders and that my order is in this system.

- The time frame given is an estimate only, it is not a guarantee and delays may happen.

- Exchanges are not accepted. Refunds will only be given if item is faulty upon receiving and is returned in original state.

- If purchasing a model or "ready now" items, I accept the condition as described and pictured and I have carefully looked at photos and information provided.

- Boo Tack Saddlery UK is not responsible for customs charges.

- Boo Tack Saddlery UK is not responsible for postal delays. Once items have been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided.

- Colours and styles may vary as these are handmade and differences may occur.
